The present general conditions of use (called "TOS") have for object the legal framework of the methods of provision of the site and the services by the site TK-Tools and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by "the User".

The site https://tk-tools.fr/ allows the User a free access to the tools of management of teams for the game Travian Kingdoms.
The site is accessible free of charge at any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.

The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling out the registration form. By registering, the User member agrees to provide true and accurate information about his contact details, including his email address.

Any User member may also request to be removed from the list by going to the dedicated page on his personal space. This will be effective immediately.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of https://tk-tools.fr/. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

This site is a private and free fan project for the browser game Travian Kingdoms. No intention or commercial purpose is pursued. This site does not belong to Travian Games, neither in part nor in whole and was not created in the name of Travian Games.
The brand "Travian" is a registered trademark and belongs to Travian Games. All the rights on this mark belong to them.

Any content put online by the User is his sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to put online any content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User.
User Content may be removed or modified by the Site at any time and for any reason without notice.

ARTICLE 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. For any question relating to the application of the present ToS, you can join the editor to the coordinates registered in the ARTICLE 1.
